Abs Compression - Leg Raise + Roll
Description
Starting position: Lie on back with legs straight and arms by sides. Steps: 1. Engage core and lift legs straight up to 90 degrees 2. Keep legs together and roll hips up off the ground 3. Slowly lower back to start. Form notes: Keep lower back pressed into ground during initial raise, maintain straight legs throughout, breathe steadily.
