Description
Starting position: Begin in high plank position with hands shoulder-width apart. Steps: 1. Walk hands forward while keeping legs stationary until body is fully extended 2. Walk hands back to starting position. Form notes: Keep core tight throughout, maintain straight body alignment, don't let hips sag, engage shoulders fully.
