Description
Starting position: Hang from dip bars with straight arms, legs straight down. Steps: 1. Raise one leg straight up as high as possible 2. Lower with control 3. Alternate legs. Form notes: Keep core engaged, minimize swinging, maintain straight arms, keep non-working leg straight.
