Description
Starting position: Lie on back holding dumbbell between feet, legs straight. Steps: 1. Lift one leg straight up while keeping other leg hovering slightly off ground 2. Lower and switch legs. Form notes: Keep lower back pressed into ground, legs straight throughout, control movement speed, maintain grip on dumbbell.
