Description
Starting position: Under low bar, feet on ground, one arm bent in chin-up position, other arm straight. Steps: 1. Pull up while keeping straight arm rigid 2. Lower with control 3. Repeat then switch sides. Form notes: Maintain body alignment, keep core tight, focus on straight arm stability, control descent.
