Description
Starting position: Hang from pull-up bar with underhand grip, one arm bent, other straight. Steps: 1. Pull up while keeping straight arm fully extended 2. Lower with control 3. Repeat then switch arms. Form notes: Maintain body control, minimize swinging, keep core engaged, focus on straight arm stability.
