Description

Starting position: Hang from pull-up bar with overhand grip, one arm bent, other straight. Steps: 1. Pull up while keeping straight arm extended 2. Lower with control 3. Repeat then switch arms. Form notes: Control body movement, avoid swinging, engage core throughout, maintain straight arm tension.
