Starting position: Hang from rings with one arm bent, other straight holding ring away from body. Steps: 1. Pull up while maintaining straight arm position 2. Lower with control 3. Repeat then switch sides. Form notes: Control ring stability, maintain body alignment, minimize swinging, keep core engaged.
