Description

Starting position: Push-up position with hands wider than shoulders. Steps: 1. Lower chest toward one hand while sliding other arm out straight 2. Push back up 3. Alternate sides. Form notes: Keep hips level throughout, maintain core tension, control sliding movement, keep straight arm rigid.
