Description
Starting position: Push-up position holding rings, one arm bent, other extended with ring. Steps: 1. Lower chest to bent arm while maintaining extended arm 2. Push back up 3. Alternate sides. Form notes: Control ring stability, maintain body alignment, keep core tight, minimize swinging.
