Description
Starting position: Stand on one leg, holding pole/wall for balance. Steps: 1. Lower into single-leg squat while extending other leg forward 2. Keep chest up 3. Push back to start. Form notes: Keep heel down, maintain upright torso, control descent speed, keep supporting leg stable.
