Description
Starting position: Stand with feet hip-width apart, arms behind. Steps: 1. Quickly squat down while swinging arms back 2. Explosively jump forward as far as possible 3. Land softly with bent knees. Form notes: Use arm swing for momentum, absorb landing with entire lower body, maintain balance on landing.
