Description
Starting position: Hold dumbbell at chest, back foot elevated on box. Steps: 1. Lower into split squat position 2. Maintain control of dumbbell at chest 3. Push through front foot to return. Form notes: Keep chest up, maintain core stability, control dumbbell position throughout.
