Description

Starting position: Stand with feet hip-width apart. Steps: 1. Step one leg behind and across other leg 2. Lower into lunge position, back knee toward ground 3. Push through front foot to return to start 4. Alternate sides. Form notes: Keep front knee stable, maintain upright torso, control cross-back movement.
