Dead Lifts - Barbell
Description
Starting position: Stand with feet hip-width, barbell against shins. Steps: 1. Hinge at hips while keeping back straight 2. Grasp bar with hands outside knees 3. Drive hips forward to stand 4. Return bar to ground with control. Form notes: Maintain neutral spine, keep bar close to legs, push through heels, engage core throughout.
