Description
Starting position: Stand with dumbbells in front of thighs. Steps: 1. Hinge at hips, keeping back straight 2. Lower weights along legs 3. Drive hips forward to stand. Form notes: Keep back flat, maintain neutral neck, push through heels, keep weights close to legs.
