Description
Starting position: Stand holding dumbbells in front of thighs. Steps: 1. Keep legs straight but not locked 2. Hinge at hips, lowering weights 3. Feel stretch in hamstrings 4. Drive hips forward to return. Form notes: Maintain straight back, minimal knee bend, keep weights close to legs.
