Description
Starting position: Hands on elevated surface, body in straight plank. Steps: 1. Lower chest to surface with control 2. Push explosively so hands leave surface 3. Land softly and immediately control descent for next rep. Form notes: Maintain body alignment throughout, generate power through chest and triceps, control landing phase.
