Description
Starting position: Hold dumbbell at chest, feet shoulder-width. Steps: 1. Lower into squat 2. Explosively jump upward 3. Land softly and immediately begin next rep. Form notes: Control dumbbell position, maintain core stability, absorb landing softly.
